The Groupe Valtus called on NSW CONSEIL to turn a constraint into an opportunity: rely on the Ecovadis questionnaire to diagnose the maturity of its CSR approach, identify areas for improvement, then carry out key actions to progress.  

Key results:    

  • Facilitation of workshops with key company functions to define commitments, objectives, indicators and CSR action plans; 

  • Formalization of social, environmental, responsible purchasing policies and an ethics charter (commitments, objectives, indicators and action plan);  

  • Formalization of a supplier code of conduct 

  • Creation of a CSR dashboard to manage the approach and collect CSR data; 

  • Writing of the 2023 CSR report;   

  • Facilitation of a materiality analysis workshop with the company's key functions; 

  • Achievement of a platinum medal (85/100)
