Groupe DomusVi called on NSW CONSEIL to strengthen its CSR team and lead key projects for structuring the Group's CSR approach, integrating sustainability into business operations, and anticipating the compliance of its CSR report with the new requirements of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).
Key results:
Conducted a double materiality analysis with consultation of internal and external stakeholders
Utilized the results of the double materiality analysis to strengthen the CSR approach and define the content of the CSR report;
Structured the Group’s CSR roadmap, defined objectives and key performance indicators;
Created a toolkit to ensure management of the CSR approach;
Created a CSR self-assessment tool to mobilize 500 sites in the Group’s CSR approach;
Supported the HR department in integrating CSR competencies into job descriptions;
Supported the legal department in implementing the duty of care;
Supported the Training department in defining modules to raise awareness among top management of the CSR approach;
