Groupe ANJAC called on NSW CONSEIL to strengthen its CSR approach. Two areas for improvement were identified: formalizing policies and action plans at the Group level for social issues and developing reporting files and CSR approach management, at both the company and Group level.
Key results :
4 formalized policies : working conditions and social dialogue, equity and respect for human rights, career management and training, occupational health and safety ;
Through workshops with the HR departments of the companies, definition of result and means objectives, monitoring indicators and improvement actions for social issues ;
Critical review of the group CSR report and recommendations for improvements
Creation of a process and a tool for automated collection and consolidation of CSR data at the group and company levels.
Proposal of additional indicators derived from SASB standards and European standards (European Sustainability Reporting Standards – ESRS).
