Context & objectives

Supported by NSW CONSEIL since 2022, Creative Spirit has gradually structured and strengthened its CSR approach to meet the expectations of its stakeholders and enhance its extra-financial performance.

In 2024, as part of a strategic call for tenders, the objective was to consolidate achievements, align the CSR approach with the company's strategy, engage all group entities, and obtain a differentiated EcoVadis evaluation, in a context of tight deadlines.

Our approach:

In a logic of continuity and strategic anchoring, NSW CONSEIL deployed a structuring and collaborative approach:
- In-depth EcoVadis diagnosis and development of a prioritized action plan, connected to the company's strategy;
- Drafting of a code of conduct, integrating the main ethical risks of the value chain;
- Co-creation of operational CSR policies, with objectives and targets over 3 years;
- Development of a CSR report, allowing formalization and enhancement of the overall approach;
- Deployment of a data collection tool (quantitative and qualitative);
- Structuring of the document library and completion of the EcoVadis questionnaire.

Key results:    

Structured and shared CSR approach within the group.
Continuous progress of the EcoVadis performance:
- 56/100 in 2021 (before support) → 87/100 in 2025

Obtained the Platinum medal (top 1%) ;

Document library optimized for future evaluations.

Client feedback :

The in-depth Ecovadis diagnosis carried out upstream was a solid starting point, allowing the project to be launched in calm conditions and reassuring the team in charge of the EcoVadis questionnaire response. The support of NSW CONSEIL, marked by a high level of professionalism, enabled the project team to approach this step with confidence and achieve excellent results.
